Job summary

Ferrovial is seeking a Utility Manager to lead coordination of all utilities for major Design-Build projects valued from hundreds of millions to multi-billion dollars. You will manage designers, utility owners, and construction teams to plan, relocate and resolve utility issues while meeting project schedules.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering, 5+ years of utility management experience, budget oversight, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams on highway

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating complex Utility Adjustments on highway Design-Build projects.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Experience in budget management.
• Experience in leading multiple team members.
• Experience in Utility Management for DOT Design-Build Projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tender design with utility consultants.
• Manage utility design consultants to deliver tender design.
• Lead utility meetings with construction teams and utility owners.
• Develop and manage utility relocation budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project documents and standards.
• Prepare reports and utility maps; coordinate ROW/easements.
• Establish utility management plans and permit processes.
• Oversee cost management and invoicing related to utility work.
