• Extensive experience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, infrastructure or urban renewal projects.
• Proven client-side, developer or consultancy leadership on complex delivery from inception to completion.
• Experience working with government bodies and statutory authorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist project delivery leadership across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead delivery strategies with development managers, consultants, contractors and authorities.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive delivery excellence.
