Job summary

Leidos Australia is seeking a Senior Unix Engineer to lead the administration and evolution of enterprise Unix/Linux platforms underpinning critical government and defence services. • Lead administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of enterprise Unix/Linux environments.
• Drive automation using Shell scripting, Python, Ansible, Terraform across on‑prem, cloud and hybrid setups.
• Collaborate with application, database, middleware, network, security, and architecture teams to resolve complex issues and support cloud adoption.
• Mentor engineers and help shape infrastructure standards, roadmaps and best practices.
