Responsibilities

• Lead underground mining and ground support projects from planning to execution
• Drive safety, operational performance and project success
• Manage budgets, forecasts, reporting and commercial outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinate project resources, schedules and site operations
• Lead and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams
• Identify risks, opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and company requirements
