Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day management of underground mining operations.
• Lead safety culture across all work areas and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate labour, equipment and resources to maximise productivity.
• Monitor production performance and assist with achieving targets.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and cost control initiatives.
• Provide leadership and development for supervisors and site personnel.
• Prepare and review operational reports and project performance data.
