Job summary

The Redpath Group is seeking experienced Underground Grader Operators to join our team at Olympic Dam, a world-class mining operation in Australia. You will play a key role in maintaining safe underground roadways and supporting high‑productivity mining activities.

Applicants should have underground grader operating experience, a current grader ticket/licence, and a manual driver's licence. We offer competitive pay, 14/14 rosters, and extensive training and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grading declines, levels, and other underground service areas.
• Conducting proactive roadway maintenance and repairs.
• Completing tasks safely and efficiently in line with site requirements.
• Performing pre start inspections and basic equipment servicing.
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness and reporting mechanical issues promptly.
• Contributing to a strong safety culture and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

As an Underground Grader Operator, you'll play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient underground roadways and access routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Grading declines, levels, and other underground service areas
