Job summary

K92 Mining Limited based in Brisbane invites a Senior Mining Engineer to lead underground LOM planning and studies. The role provides critical support to feasibility and pre-feasibility work as the company expands toward higher output.

You will contribute to mine planning, budgeting, and technical assessments, working with project managers to deliver reliable plans and cost estimates, including merger/acquisition analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 4+ years of experience in mine engineering and mine planning.
• Experience contributing to long-term planning, life of mine planning and/or feasibility studies.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support mine planning and scheduling systems, including annual and life-of-mine plans and budgeting.
• Contribute to feasibility studies and pre-feasibility studies from scoping to implementation.
• Develop technical and financial data to support growth through mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver reports, risk assessments and cost estimates.
