Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury, financial markets or risk within a large, complex organisation.
• Hands-on experience with interest rate hedging and FX hedging, including swaps.
• Exposure to bond issuance, ideally foreign currency.
• Advanced Excel modelling skills, with complex models built from scratch.
• Demonstrated experience in performance attribution analysis and forward forecasting.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and treasury management systems.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the derivatives portfolio so debt stays hedged across multiple counterparties.
• Identify FX exposures and support hedging strategy.
• Support debt funding strategy and execution across domestic and offshore bond programs.
• Build and maintain forward forecasts of interest cost and credit metrics; analyse variances vs budget.
• Run stress testing and scenario analysis on the debt and derivatives portfolio.
• Prepare Board and executive papers on funding, hedging and financial plan performance.
• Contribute to regulatory reporting and cost of capital analysis.
• Lead improvements to treasury systems and processes, using automation and AI tools.
