Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic direction across Sydney’s arterial and active transport networks. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shaping safety and performance while aligning with metropolitan plans and policy frameworks.

Qualifications

Senior transport or infrastructure leader with a record of leading complex, multi‑modal networks and programs.
Experience in regulated environments with strong commercial judgement.
Ability to influence at executive and ministerial levels and manage long‑term planning.

Responsibilities

Provide senior strategic and operational leadership for teams managing Sydney’s arterial and active transport networks.
Set direction on network performance, road safety and multi‑modal integration.
Develop business cases and complex project documentation; translate planning intent into outcomes.
Represent Transport in planning, policy and governance forums with cross‑government stakeholders.
