Job summary

Transport For NSW in Sydney is seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Asset Relationships to lead end-to-end asset and services planning, ensuring alignment with the NSW Treasury Asset Management Policy and organisational priorities.

The role leads a team, drives the annual enterprise Asset and Services Plan, and coordinates prioritisation with stakeholders across Transport, Infrastructure NSW and Treasury, ensuring robust, integrated outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of asset management teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with governance and policy frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end asset and services planning process, including guidelines, templates and requirements.
• Oversee and deliver the Transport Asset Rationalisation Program and related governance.
• Represent Transport at cross‑agency forums to shape asset management frameworks and policies.
