Job summary
Linfox Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join the Consumer and Healthcare Group in Huntingwood, NSW, overseeing national road and rail planning across NSW and QLD. You will transform customer orders into efficient, compliant transport loads and collaborate with transport providers, customers and internal teams to improve network performance.

Qualifications
- Experience in transport planning, logistics, or operational management.
- Leadership experience, coaching planning or operations teams.
- Strong knowledge of transport compliance and safety requirements.
- Analytical and systems capability including SAP and KPI reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead national road and rail planning across NSW and QLD.
- Coordinate with customers, operators and stakeholders to meet KPI targets.
- Monitor delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility and transport regulations.
- Oversee freight administration, billing reconciliation, SAP data integrity and reporting.
- Coach planning personnel and foster cross-functional collaboration.
