Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline; Change certifications are highly regarded.
Proven experience as a change leader/consultant delivering complex organisational change.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, including stakeholder analysis and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex organisational change initiatives across diverse projects and clients.
Shape change strategies, manage implementation activities, and build organisational capability.
Develop client relationships, support business development, and contribute to proposals.
