Job summary

Beca HunterH2O, the Australian water business of Beca, is seeking a Senior Associate – Business Transformation in Canberra. You will lead complex change initiatives across government, defence, energy and water sectors, shaping strategies, managing implementations and delivering measurable benefits.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, mentor teams, support business development, and contribute to the growth of the national practice while delivering high-quality transformation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
• Prosci (ADKAR) or APMG Change certifications are highly regarded; complementary credentials in project management (PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
• Proven experience as a change leader/consultant within consulting firms or mid-to-large enterprises, delivering complex organisational and technology-enabled change.
• Strong understanding of contemporary change management methodologies and best practices, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications, learning, readiness, adoption and benefits tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex organisational change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects and clients.
• Shape change strategies and manage implementation activities to realise benefits.
• Build organisational capability and support business development and proposal shaping.
• Develop client relationships, mentor teams and contribute to growth of the practice.
