Qualifications

• Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice
• Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or skill set, or ability to attain such certificate
• There may be instances where the incumbent will be required to work hours outside the normal work hours, undertake travel to other locations, or temporarily work from an alternate location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competency-based training and assessments for custodial staff.
• Design and deliver Entry Level Training and Correctional Practices competencies.
• Apply adult learning principles to training design and delivery.
• Facilitate engaging sessions and manage diverse groups of adult learners.
• Work under pressure, meet deadlines and collaborate in a team environment.
