Job summary

Gallagher Security is seeking a Senior Training & Coordination Manager to lead APAC & IMEA learning initiatives, helping customers, channel partners and employees build the knowledge and confidence to succeed. You’ll shape training strategy across regions, align with global objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

As a people-focused leader, you’ll develop and coach regional teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure content remains current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning, technical training delivery, facilitation or presentation.
• Practical electrical knowledge including power, earthing, resistors, wiring and lock installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Sound IT knowledge across networking, TCP/IP addressing, operating systems and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the APAC & IMEA training strategy.
• Align regional training initiatives with global business and training objectives.
• Support and guide regional training teams across APAC & IMEA.
• Lead, develop and coach the Australian training team.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, consultants and customers to understand training needs.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of technical training content and learning solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and market developments to inform future strategy.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and measurable training outcomes through KPI monitoring and performance analysis.

Working across regions and functions, you'll influence training strategy, strengthen capability development, and ensure Gallagher's learning programmes continue to deliver value on a global scale.

You'll Bring

• Strong Gallagher Security product knowledge across Access and Perimeter solutions
• Experience in adult learning, technical training delivery, facilitation or presentation
• Practical electrical knowledge, including power, earthing, resistors, wiring and lock installation
• Sound IT knowledge across networking, TCP/IP addressing, operating systems and SQL Server
• Experience creating, reviewing or improving technical documentation and training materials
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the professionalism to engage confidently with customers, partners and internal teams
• A reliable, resilient and proactive approach, with the determination and tenacity to deliver high-quality training consistently

Experience within the electronic security, access control, training, technology or technical solutions industries will be highly regarded.
