Altus Traffic, Australia’s largest traffic management provider, seeks a Traffic Management Planner to join the Laverton North team. You will prepare Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS), Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and related documents for road and infrastructure projects, coordinating with managers, councils and authorities.

Applicants should hold a relevant planning or engineering qualification and have experience with TMP/TGS, AGTTM and AS 1742.3, plus a current Australian driver’s license.

Formación

• A relevant qualification in urban/transport planning or engineering is required.
• Experience in traffic management planning and permit processes is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to develop TMPs and TGSs for road/ infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian traffic management requirements (AS 1742.3; AGTTM) is required.
• Current Australian driver’s licence is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare site-specific Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP).
• Develop traffic management and vehicle movement arrangements for road projects.
• Assess traffic, pedestrian and vehicle movements for safety and operation risks.
• Undertake swept path analysis and vehicle movement plans where required.
• Coordinate, submit and track Council and Road Occupancy Permit (ROP) applications.
