Job summary

Protech, one of Australia’s largest recruitment and labour hire providers, seeks an experienced Traffic Management Designer to join our North Melbourne team. You will prepare TMPs and TGSs, submit DTP and council permits, and perform site assessments to support safe project delivery.

You will work with clients, councils and field teams to ensure plans are practical, compliant and delivered on time. Strong knowledge of regulations and TMPs/TGSs is essential.

Qualifications

Experience preparing TMPs and TGSs for varied projects.
Strong knowledge of traffic management regulations and compliance.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsibilities

Prepare Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGSs).
Submit DTP and Council Permits.
Conduct site assessments and risk reviews for safe delivery.
Maintain relationships with clients, councils, road authorities and stakeholders.
Liaise with stakeholders to obtain permits and project requirements.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure plans are practical in the field.
Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve safety and efficiency.
