Job summary

King Living is seeking a Senior Trade Manager to own a defined portfolio of high-value trade partners across Perth, driving commercial outcomes and regional growth.

You will coach Showroom Design Consultants, manage partner relationships, and lead events, roadshows and market presence. This role requires strategic, hands-on leadership with accountability for pipeline, conversions and onboarding across a dynamic, premium furniture brand.

Qualifications

• Senior trade sales or business development experience.
• A track record growing a defined portfolio with full commercial accountability.
• Strong commercial judgement — you prioritise partners, time and opportunities with discipline.
• Data-literate and confident with CRM, Power BI and reporting tools.
• Able to coach, influence and hold internal teams accountable, constructively.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined portfolio of high-value trade partners across Perth.
• Coach Design Consultants on trade selling and showroom integration, and work with Showroom Managers to set clear expectations.
• Manage service issues and escalations with credibility and care, and close the loop every time.
• Own the commercial outcomes of trade events, activations and roadshows; represent King Living across industry forums.
• Keep CRM records accurate, turn pipeline data into clear actions, and lead structured onboarding.
• Based in Perth and travel regularly across the region to grow the trade network.
