Untitled Group in Windsor leads Australia’s live events portfolio, delivering high-volume ticketing programs with strategic translation from planning to post-event reporting. The Senior Ticketing Manager will guide delivery across on-sale, forecasting and live operations, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Ticketing to drive excellence, mentor the team, and adapt to the fast-paced live environment, including out-of-hours work and travel as needed.

As the Senior Ticketing Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-volume, complex ticketing programs across Untitled Group’s live events portfolio. Responsible for translating ticketing strategy into high-quality execution across planning, on-sale, live delivery, forecasting, analysis and post-event reporting, our Senior Ticketing Manager will be a critical leader across the Ticketing function.

Working closely with the Head of Ticketing to drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement and team sustainability, this role will require you to have sound judgement and accountability in a faced paced environment. You’ll be focused on on high-quality results, helping to shape and enhance the overall ticketing function across the business.

Please note, this role requires flexibility including out of business hours work, weekend work and travel, aligned to live event delivery.
