Westpac Group in Sydney, NSW, Australia is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Quality Engineering Platform (QEP) and Enterprise Testing uplift. This 12-month max-term contract is based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements.

You will lead large-scale transformation programs across testing, engineering, platforms, DevOps and technology enablement. The role requires deep program management experience within enterprise testing and significant track record delivering technology programs in

Qualifications

Deep program management experience in enterprise testing, quality engineering, DevOps or transformation programs.
Certifications such as PMI or AIPM or equivalent.
Proven success delivering large, complex technology programs in regulated, enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery and evolution of the Quality Engineering Platform (QEP) across the enterprise.
Drive large-scale initiatives involving test tooling, automation, AI-enabled testing and platforms.
Manage scope, dependencies, risks, budgets, governance and executive reporting.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Operations and Transformation.
Ensure solutions align to enterprise delivery standards and are embedded across the organisation.
Build delivery momentum balancing speed, quality, risk and customer outcomes.
