Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Test Analyst in Melbourne to drive testing across enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives. You will plan, design, execute, and automate tests, collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

You will contribute to test strategies, implement automation with WebDriver IO, and oversee SIT, UAT, and regression cycles, while maintaining strong defect tracking and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing and QA experience.
• Extensive Salesforce CRM testing experience.
• Hands-on manual and automation testing.
• Proficient with WebDriver IO or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Experience in Insurance/Claims domain is a plus.
• Exposure to API testing and integration testing.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Manual Testing, and Test Automation to support the delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and automating test activities across multiple projects while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Sprint Planning, Project Planning, Test Planning, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Create and maintain test scripts using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using WebDriver IO or equivalent automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, and technical teams to ensure complete test coverage.
• Execute System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing activities.
• Validate integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity and business process continuity.
• Develop and maintain regression test suites for production releases, maintenance deployments, and enhancement initiatives.
• Work closely with Automation Teams to improve test automation coverage and testing efficiency.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including planning, coordination, defect management, and business sign-off.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects within JIRA/TestRail, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Produce regular testing status reports covering test execution progress, defect metrics, testing risks, and test coverage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, test processes, methodologies, and QA best practices.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and external service providers.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM testing (Mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation Testing.
• Proven expertise with WebDriver IO or similar test automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Strong understanding of Test Planning, Test Design, Defect Management, and Test Execution lifecycle.
• Experience testing complex system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.
• Experience within the Insurance and Claims domain.
• Exposure to API Testing and Integration Testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with large-scale digital transformation programs.
