Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Test Architect/QE Architect to lead quality engineering across multiple squads in Melbourne. You will define end-to-end testing strategy, drive automation, and embed quality throughout the SDLC.

Hands-on expert in Playwright (TypeScript) for UI automation and Salesforce Service Layer testing is mandatory. You will guide CI/CD integrations, mentor QA engineers, and collaborate with product, dev, and vendor teams on complex distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation, including leadership roles.
• Expert-level Playwright (TypeScript) for UI automation.
• Strong experience designing and implementing API automation frameworks.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git, and automated quality gates.
• Proven experience leading testing across multiple squads, programs, and vendor teams.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Layer testing (mandatory).

Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Test Architect to lead quality engineering across multiple squads andvendor teams within a complex enterprise environment.
