Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to lead design, integration and delivery of cutting-edge telecom systems across a portfolio centred on Data Centres and aviation. The role covers Australia and Asia, offering hybrid work and opportunities to influence mission-critical solutions.

You will manage projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with MEP, Controls and Security teams to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering mission critical projects in Telecommunications/ICT.
• Experience in data centres, aviation, healthcare or transport sectors.
• Experience working in Australia with an engineering consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, integration and delivery of telecom systems across projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; mentor juniors.
• Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Oversee small to medium design projects and support larger programmes.
