Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer based in Perth to lead design, integration and delivery of cutting-edge telecom systems across mission-critical projects, with a focus on data centres and aviation.

You will manage multiple projects, mentor engineers and collaborate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure reliable, innovative solutions across Australia and Asia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering mission critical projects in Telecommunications/ICT.
• Experience in data centres, transport, healthcare and/or aviation.
• Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Computer Systems or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Lead design projects and support larger programmes with cost efficiency and timely delivery.
