WSP USA is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to lead design, integration and delivery of telecoms systems across Australia and Asia’s leading developments. You’ll manage multiple projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with MEP, Controls and Security teams to deliver reliable, innovative ICT solutions for data centres, aviation and related sectors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering mission-critical projects in Telecommunications/ICT.
• Experience in data centres, transport, healthcare and/or aviation.
• Experience in Australia within an engineering consultancy is essential.
• Ability to collaborate with MEP, Controls and Security designers.
• Proven ability to prepare technical documentation and manage construction phase services.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in relevant field.

Responsabilités

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Lead design projects and support larger programmes with cost efficiency and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop ICT strategies.
