HRG is partnering with a leading technology business to appoint a Senior Solutions Consultant for Australia and New Zealand in telecommunications and network intelligence. You will become a trusted adviser to major operators, translating data into practical technical and commercial decisions and supporting the sales team with demos and proofs of concept.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting or related telecommunications role.
• Understanding of mobile and fixed broadband networks and performance metrics.
• Experience translating complex datasets into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
• Confident presenting to senior executives and technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Independently lead customer meetings and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Analyse network performance, customer experience and subscriber data to identify issues and opportunities.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations on network investment, optimisation and commercial strategy.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, demos, proposals and proofs of concept.
• Build trusted relationships with major telecommunications operators to ensure ongoing value from solutions.
• Collaborate with regional technical, product and support teams to address customer requirements.
