Job summary

You will work with ICT SMEs, architects and project managers to consolidate high-quality technical content for both technical and non-technical audiences, with hybrid work options in ACT.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in ICT technical writing within governance or ICT environments.
• Ability to standardise documentation across complex ICT programs.
• Experience with governance artefacts, version control and metadata requirements.
• Proficiency with enterprise documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Create, consolidate, update and maintain technical design documentation across ICT program streams.
• Collaborate with architects, SMEs and project managers to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Develop SOPs and governance artefacts with proper version control.
