Job summary

Compas PTY is seeking a Content Writer to develop high-quality ICT technical documentation across a major government technology environment. You will work with business, design, project and BAU teams across the delivery lifecycle to produce detailed designs, test plans, and user documentation.

The role requires ability to obtain NV1 security clearance and involves 12 months of contract work in ACT, VIC, NSW.

Qualifications

• Experience developing ICT documentation across the full project lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business, design, project, and BAU teams.
• Current knowledge of information technology processes and technical practices.
• Strong capability in building professional relationships and supporting ICT practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirements Specifications, High Level Designs, Detailed Designs and Test Plans.
• Work with project teams and stakeholders to produce implementation plans and test results.
• Create as-built documents, operations manuals, SOPs, lessons learned reports, training and user documentation.
• Maintain current ICT knowledge and contribute to improved technology practices and procedures.
