Job summary

IT Alliance Australia is seeking an ICT Content Writer to support a Federal Government client. Roles are based in Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney, working with project teams to document ICT processes and tests.

You will develop as-built documentation and SOPs, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and produce clear, accurate technical content for implementation and BAU teams.

Qualifications

• Maintains currency in information technology processes and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
• Establishes and maintains effective business relationships and professional networks.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to develop implementation plans and test documentation.
• Prepare and maintain test results and supporting project documentation.
• Develop comprehensive As-Built Documentation in collaboration with project and BAU teams.
• Create and maintain Operations Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
