Randstad SA is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to own the engineering and construction markets in South Australia. The role is based in Wayville and involves managing long-standing client relationships across the state, with a strong emphasis on ownership of an active book and immediate commission opportunities.

You will source, screen and interview top-tier technical talent, guide candidates through the career journey, and provide market insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruitment consulting experience.
• Experience in engineering/construction recruitment highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel within the metro region.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offers.
• Provide advisory support to candidates and clients, including market insights.
