Randstad South Australia is expanding and seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm 360 SME public sector desk within our Industrial team in Wayville. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar roles across day, afternoon, and night shifts, building strong relationships with clients and candidates across the South Australian market.

The role offers a warm desk with growth potential, a clear commission structure, and opportunities to progress into senior roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in 360 recruitment or related commercial roles.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment for a desk focused on blue-collar roles.
• Follow up leads, perform on-site client visits in Adelaide CBD and Southern Suburbs.
• Build candidate networks through referrals and active pipelines.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and ensure candidates are work-ready.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients across SA.
