Job summary

Zepto, a leading Australian payments innovator, seeks an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy and the developer-facing surface of platform APIs. You’ll balance customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technical risk while collaborating closely with Engineering and Risk teams.

You’ll drive prototypes, leverage AI tooling for discovery and rapid prototyping, and lead launches with cross-functional teams to optimise adoption and lifecycle value for merchants and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in product or technical product management owning products end to end and measured on impact.
• Demonstrated real product discovery, sizing opportunities realistically.
• Strong product/business judgment using data to trade off what to build.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy, technical shape and lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
• Partner with Engineering on scalable, secure product and API design.
• Build prototypes/POCs to de-risk ideas and validate concepts with AI tooling.
• Launch programs with GTM, solutions, engineering, operations, risk and compliance.
• Focus on unit economics and regulatory requirements in collaboration with risk and legal.
