Job summary

Zip Co is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own opportunities in Agentic Commerce and Tokenisation, shaping Zip’s visibility and usability as a payment option in AI-led shopping experiences. You will lead strategy with a test-and-learn approach in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Fraud, Compliance and Payments, driving customer and commercial growth while managing risks and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience across payments, cards, banking or fintech.
• Experience owning complex customer facing products from strategy to delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability using data to shape strategy and decisions.
• Track record working in ambiguous/emerging problem spaces and testing assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Agentic Commerce and Tokenisation.
• Define how Zip can be discovered and selected across AI assistants and emerging commerce experiences.
• Build a test-and-learn portfolio and validate key assumptions through rapid experimentation.
• Partner with merchants to present Zip as a payment option across new experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape protocols and tokenisation capabilities for secure payments.
• Build partnerships with payment providers, platforms and networks to reach priority surfaces.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to balance innovation with reliability and compliance.
• Define OKRs and measure progress using data and validated learnings.
