Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Adbri Masonry portfolio
  • Manage the full product lifecycle including development, value engineering, performance monitoring and end-of-life
  • Identify product gaps and new opportunities to support long-term business growth
  • Manage the innovation pipeline including concept development, prioritisation and feasibility assessments
  • Partner with Operations, Technical, Sales and Marketing to successfully commercialise new products
  • Conduct market analysis to understand demand drivers, pricing, market size and emerging trends across the Australian masonry and landscaping sectors
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, specifiers and industry partners
  • Capture customer insights and translate these into clear product requirements and opportunities
  • Monitor product portfolio performance including revenue, margin, volume and market share
  • Support pricing strategies through data-driven analysis and commercial insights
  • Work with Marketing to develop customer-focused go-to-market plans and product positioning
  • Provide product training, technical guidance and support to the sales team
  • Ensure products and activities align with relevant quality, compliance and sustainability standards
  • Champion a strong safety culture aligned with company standards

The role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join Adbri Masonry based in Stapylton, QLD. This national role is responsible for leading the development, management and market implementation of Adbri Masonry's concrete masonry product portfolio, ensuring our products continue to deliver strong customer value and maintain a competitive position within the Australian building materials market. Working closely with Operations, Technical, Sales and Marketing teams, you will manage the full product lifecycle, identify new market and product opportunities and drive the innovation pipeline from concept through to commercialisation. You will also play a key role in understanding customer needs, market trends and competitor activity, translating these insights into product strategies and opportunities that support long-term business growth. This is a highly collaborative and autonomous role suited to a commercially minded product professional who enjoys combining customer insight, market analysis and innovation to deliver practical business outcomes.
