Job summary

Sharon AI is building the infrastructure powering the next generation of artificial intelligence. A highly organised Technical Project Manager will lead complex technical, infrastructure and platform projects across the business in Sydney, Australia.

You'll work closely with engineering, operations, product and executive teams to deliver structured, accountable and delivery-focused outcomes across software development, infrastructure deployments, platform enhancements and enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering technical projects within technology, infrastructure, cloud or software environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, vendors and external stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee RFI, RFP and tender processes, particularly for government, enterprise and infrastructure-related projects.
• Track project performance, milestones and deliverables, providing clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure technical and business requirements are clearly defined, documented and delivered.
• Support capacity planning and resource forecasting activities across multiple projects.
• Maintain strong project governance including documentation, reporting, risk registers, decision logs and change controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best-practice project delivery frameworks.
• Support infrastructure deployments and technology projects across data centre and cloud environments.
