Job summary

FUJIFILM MicroChannel is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to provide dedicated support to key customer accounts, covering desktop, server and cloud support, network troubleshooting, and expert advice.

You will deploy cloud and on-prem infrastructure, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor juniors, and support presales and IT strategy development. This role requires strong MSP experience and Microsoft platform expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Level 3 Systems Engineer role within an MSP environment.
• Expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues.
• Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPN, and connectivity knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise server hardware, storage, virtualization, and backups.
• Hands-on with firewalls, security technologies, and cyber security practices.
• Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities as a senior escalation point.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and security/compliance solutions.
• Exposure to Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, and hybrid cloud environments.
• ITIL certification and project delivery in MSP environments.

Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in a Level 3 Systems Engineer role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong technicalexpertiseacross Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and Internet connectivity.
• Experience supporting enterprise server hardware, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, security technologies, and cyber security best practices.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and act as a senior technical escalation point.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and security/compliance solutions.
• Exposure to Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, and hybrid cloud environments.
• ITIL certification and experience delivering projects within an MSP environment.
