Dlux Tech in Sydney is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with 7–10 years of experience to bridge business needs and technical solutions in enterprise-scale digital programs, translating requirements into deliverables for development and governance teams.

You will be the functional SME for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) or equivalent WCM platforms, overseeing templates, workflows, integrations, and multi-brand governance, while collaborating across business, technical, and QA groups on

Qualifications

Must have Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) or enterprise WCM platform experience.
7–10 years as a Business Analyst in digital platforms, eCommerce, or CMS environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and backlog tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Experience in functional documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps.
Familiarity with integration workflows (CRM, DAM, Analytics, Identity, Payments).
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, or other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Experience with multi-brand governance, compliance-driven environments, and author enablement.

Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
Act as SME for AEM/AEMaaCS and other WCM platforms.
Support governance: multi-brand setups, author enablement, compliance workflows.
Coordinate with architects and developers for enterprise integration patterns.
Assist with API/microservices documentation and data mapping.
Produce audit-ready BRDs, FRDs, traceability matrices, and governance pages.
Support QA/UAT test case design and traceability.
