Macquarie Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Sydney. You will lead discovery, gather requirements and support delivery of digital initiatives across platforms including website transformation and automation.

Qualifications

5-7 years’ experience delivering digital, web, customer experience or platform initiatives.
Experience with enterprise content management platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication across diverse teams.
Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in agile environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver user-centered solutions.
