Emanate Technology in Melbourne is seeking an established Senior or Principal Consultant to build long-term client partnerships, lead senior-level search mandates, and deliver tailored talent solutions across Melbourne's thriving technology sector.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate engagement to closing, partner with technology leaders, and help scale both Contract and Permanent desks within a growing national brand that values autonomy, integrity and exceptional

Formación

• Proven experience running a successful 360 recruitment desk.
• Strong track record building and growing client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to partner with technology leaders and deliver value.
