Job summary

Sense Recruitment is seeking a Senior Technical/Commercial Business Analyst to help a major organisation decide on a technology investment in Perth. The role sits between business, technology, procurement and vendors, focusing on RFPs, vendor evaluation and contract award for an OT rail program.

You'll gather requirements, run evaluations, develop reports and brief executives, with 7+ years of relevant experience. This is a 6-month contract in a major operational rail project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical/business analysis with procurement and vendor management.
• Experience with RFP/RFT processes and vendor evaluation.
• Experience in complex technology procurement, ideally rail OT.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into technical and commercial evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor clarifications, presentations and demonstrations.
• Lead technical and commercial evaluations and due diligence.
• Contribute to evaluation reports and award papers.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, procurement and vendors to determine best solution.
