Job summary

Rest is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement - Technology & Digital to maximise value from technology and digital supplier arrangements. You will lead RFx processes, complex contract negotiations and develop sourcing plans that align with our strategic priorities while balancing governance and risk requirements.

You will oversee two procurement managers and drive improvements across sourcing practices to deliver member value and strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in financial services or regulated environments.
• Strong technology and digital category experience.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and external providers.
• Experience developing and managing sourcing governance frameworks.
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement in regulated contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate RFx and end-to-end procurement processes for technology and digital requirements across Rest.
• Lead complex contract negotiation and execution activities across software, hardware, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, digital services and related technology categories.
• Develop and deliver technology and digital category and sourcing plans that align with Rest’s strategic priorities and members' best interests.
• Drive commercial value and supplier value-adds through competitive sourcing, negotiation, demand challenge and effective contract management.
• Support business awareness of material and critical service provider obligations in partnership with the Supplier Governance team, Enterprise Risk, Enterprise Legal and Information Security.
• Ensure technology contract records, renewal pipelines, sourcing activity and benefits are maintained, monitored and reported accurately.
