Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is seeking a Newly created Team Lead - Secondary Design to join our NSW Engineering team from our South Granville or Sydney office with flexible working options. You will lead technical outcomes while staying hands-on in engineering work, guiding a portfolio of high-voltage projects including substations and renewable energy assets.

• Extensive experience in secondary design, protection, and high-voltage infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor or develop technical professionals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across secondary design projects including substations and renewable energy assets.
• Mentor and develop engineers and graduates; support succession planning and capability uplift.
• Guide technical outcomes, quality assurance and best practices across the engineering function.
• Engage with project teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and value.
