Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• 8–10 years of relevant public practice experience with strong Australian tax advisory capability.
• Experience handling complex tax matters and translating advice into practical recommendations.
• Confidence in managing client relationships, reviewing work and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory engagements involving corporate structuring and restructuring, international and cross-border taxation, CGT, Division 7A and trusts.
• Review high-level tax compliance work and provide technical guidance on complex matters.
• Support due diligence work relating to mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage a client portfolio and build long-term relationships.
• Identify advisory opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting technical standards and delivery quality.
• Work closely with partners on practice strategy and growth.
