Accura Accounting & Advisory in Perth is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Accountant to lead complex tax and advisory matters for Perth-based family businesses, enterprises and family offices. You will build trusted client relationships and guide clients toward practical, well-considered outcomes.

• 8+ years’ experience in Australian public practice accounting.
• Strong experience with complex tax matters and SME clients.
• Experience in tax planning, structuring and advisory.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members.
• Completed CA or CPA.
• Strong communication with clients and Directors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive tax planning, structuring and advisory across a diverse client base.
• Advise clients on significant transactions and life events.
• Research and resolve complex tax issues with practical, commercial solutions.
• Work closely with Directors on complex client matters and technical issues.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior accountants.
• Contribute to improving our tax processes, systems and service offering.
