WT Partners is seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team in Western Australia. The role focuses on advanced tax advisory, strategic planning, and leading high-profile engagements across diverse industries.

You will oversee complex corporate tax matters, international planning, and oversee high-level compliance engagements while mentoring staff and developing key client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years’ experience in public practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced tax advisory services, including corporate tax structuring and restructuring.
• Oversee and review high-level compliance engagements.
• Business due diligence investigations & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships; identify and drive business development opportunities.
• Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff; contribute to firm strategy and service offerings.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes.

About the Role

As part of our succession planning and continued growth, we are seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager/Associate Partner with strong tax expertise to join our leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced tax advisory services, including:
• Corporate tax structuring and restructuring
• International and cross-border tax matters
• CGT, Div 7A, and trust structuring
• Oversee and review high-level compliance engagements
• Business Due Diligence investigation & recommendations in mergers & acquisitions.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of key client relationships
• Identify and drive business development opportunities
• Mentor and lead a team of accountants and senior staff
• Contribute to firm strategy, systems, and service offerings
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulatory changes

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10+ years’ experience in public practice
