Job summary

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to join the SystmOne Configuration team on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months at Band 6. The post holder will configure SystmOne, support staff, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system improvement projects, working closely with clinical and project staff to define configuration requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience building new configuration within SystmOne.
• Ability to support staff to use the system and troubleshoot issues.
• Strong empathy and excellent communication when supporting end users.

Responsibilities

• Support users of the Trust's electronic patient record systems.
• Carry out critical system management tasks and ongoing configuration to meet user needs.
• Work with the wider team to deliver high-quality service and participate in SystmOne improvement projects.
• Define configuration requirements with project staff and test changes.
