Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland university client to recruit a Senior Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will support Student Management System (TechnologyOne SAMS) and interconnected student administration platforms, working across business, application, integration, and vendor teams to deliver prioritised enhancements and maintain reliable services.

• Hands-on experience supporting TechnologyOne Student Management or similar enterprise student systems.
• Strong understanding of student administration processes and application configuration.
• Experience supporting admissions (StudyLink) and timetabling platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues with vendors or developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Higher education experience in Australian universities is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior functional business analysis and application support across TechnologyOne SAMS and related student platforms.
• Analyse business processes, system behaviour, data flows, and integrations to identify root causes and dependencies.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams and vendors.
• Plan and support testing and implementation activities, including user acceptance testing.
• Liaise with vendors like TechnologyOne and translate advice into actionable items for internal teams.
• Maintain fit-for-purpose documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to the permanent Student Systems team.
