Job summary

Lyra Technology Group’s operating company Cloudwize is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, Level 3, to lead design, deployment and support for enterprise infrastructure, cloud and security projects. The role can be based in Newcastle, Tamworth or Sydney, NSW, Australia, offering hybrid working arrangements and WFH flexibility.

You will mentor colleagues, manage complex projects, and engage with clients to deliver robust IT solutions while ensuring documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in IT systems engineering.
• Advanced expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, virtualization, scripting, and IT security.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex IT infrastructure solutions.
• Strong project delivery skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time and within budget.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading technical team members.
• Hybrid working arrangements and work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities
