Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia in Sydney seeks a Software Engineer to support, monitor, and optimize business-critical systems including MS Dynamics GP, SQL databases, APIs, and reporting tools. You will be the first point of contact for internal IT and collaborate with external partners to resolve tickets and deliver automation, dashboards, and data processes.

Reporting to the Digital & IT Manager, you will develop and maintain SQL queries, batches, and reports, assist with Power BI

Qualifications

Strong SQL database administration and reporting experience.
Experience with APIs, data integrations, CSV, XML, JSON, and automation tools.
MS Dynamics Great Plains experience is essential.
Good understanding of ERP and business systems.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

Autonomously monitor and support business-critical systems, including MS Dynamics GP and SQL databases, to ensure high system availability.
Prioritize and act as the first point of contact for internal IT and system-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
Coordinate effectively with external IT partners on server management, patching, updates, and escalation of support tickets.
Proactively identify system inefficiencies and propose automated workflows or tools to streamline operations.
Assist with Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation of database structures, API integrations, queries, and stored procedures.
