Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the establishment of the ISA National Office within the Land Network Integration Centre for Defence C4I initiatives. The role provides technical leadership for ISA adoption across Army tactical networks and leads systems engineering and Test & Evaluation for an ISA sensor prototyping program, onsite in Symonston, ACT with NV1 eligibility.

Qualifications

• Senior-level systems engineering experience in ICT/C4/C4I/defence environments.
• Demonstrated Test & Evaluation, verification and validation experience.
• Experience developing systems engineering artefacts (SEMP, TEMP, requirements specs, test plans).
• NV1 clearance or eligibility to obtain/maintain NV1.
• Ability to work onsite in Symonston, ACT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SEMP and TEMP and master test plans.
• Develop requirements, system designs, integration plans and test plans.
• Lead requirements, design and test-readiness reviews.
• Support prototyping, OTE, verification and validation activities.
• Exercise delegated design authority for the prototyping activity.
• Provide technical assurance and integration advice for C4I and tactical networks.
• Establish engineering governance, compliance and assurance processes.
• Identify and manage technical, integration and delivery risks.
• Engage Army, CASG, engineering, architecture and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, executive briefings, project status reports and SITREPs.
